At least 21 days on full pay, rising to 30 days once the employee has completed five consecutive years with the same employer (Article 109).
Am I paid for unused leave when I leave my job?
Yes. Article 111 entitles you to pay for leave days you have earned but not taken when you leave, and for part years in proportion to the time worked, at your last wage.

With the employer's agreement, leave or part of it may be carried over to the next year. Cash in place of leave during employment is not an absolute right and depends on agreement.
