About Mustahaqati

Mustahaqati ("my entitlements" in Arabic) is an independent site launched from the UAE in November 2026 with one aim: that every employee in the Gulf knows their rights in numbers before they sign, resign or borrow.

What we offer

Interactive calculators for end-of-service gratuity, net salary, leave pay, overtime, pensions, loans, property fees and more, for all six Gulf countries, in Arabic and English. Every calculator comes with an explanation of the method, the legal article behind it and the questions people ask most often.

How we keep the figures accurate

• We start from the legal text (the law, decree or regulation) rather than from other people's articles.
• All legal figures live in a single reference file that we review whenever a law changes, and every page shows the date of its last review.
• Every formula is tested against hand-worked examples before it is published.
• Where the law is silent or sources disagree, we say so on the page and show the alternatives instead of guessing.
• We use AI tools to draft and organise explanations, and the formulas and figures are checked before publication. Read our editorial policy and disclaimer.

What we do not do

We do not give individual legal or financial advice, we do not broker loans or insurance, and we do not collect your data: the calculators run entirely in your browser.
